Irmin Durand

Irmin Durand is Head of Impact at AIME, as well as being on the partnering team and providing guidance and support across AIME’s Africa locations.

She is a communication strategist and content creator with 17 years’ experience in the non-profit sector, always with education, fairness and strong human stories in her sights.

Irmin helps organisations convey who they are and how they are making a positive change in the world around them. Whether they work within communities or across regions, her goal is to help them share ideas, create opportunities and build relationships for greater impact.

She has worked with NGOs, CSOs, foundations, networks and learning institutions operating in Central, East, Southern and West Africa as well as in Europe.
