With more than 10 years of practical experience in mediation and facilitation for businesses, families, and communities, he has successfully handled over 120 cases across diverse sectors, developing efficient conflict transformation tools.

As a project manager, Ilia is leading peacebuilding, conflict resolution and mediation initiatives at the Learning Planet Institute, notably the Peaceful Futures Programme and the Atlas of Peaceful Futures Practices.
