Hami DajuVai has been prioritizing the importance of having an Anti-Sexual Harassment policy in Nepal since 2018. It has been partnered with various organizations and institutions i.e. TU Department of Gender Studies, Student Unions of Universities and Colleges, Student wings of Political parties and other academics to raise awareness and create pressure on the universities of Nepal for this movement. In this context we, together with MasterPeace Global Alliance are organizing an open discussion online platform on Anti -Sexual Harassment in Universities – Prevention and Ways Forward, where there will be the people from different universities, organizations and networks to share their activism and policies which could be the guideline for us and other countries for developing their own safeguarding policy in related field.
