Prof. Yanis Ben Amor is the Executive Director of the Center for Sustainable Development, headed by Professor Jeffrey Sachs, at the Earth Institute at Columbia University, an Assistant Professor of Global Health and Microbiological Sciences and a member of the Secretariat of the Lancet COVID-19 Commission. Prof. Ben Amor has launched the Eminyeeto program (“youth”) in Uganda and Yuva Nestham program (“friends of Youth”) in India to develop and allow access to Social and Emotional Learning curricula to children and adolescents.
