Vincent has over three decades of grassroots experience in watershed management, fish and wildlife habitat restoration, and environmental job training. He has a master’s degree in Transformative Leadership and a PhD in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies, in San Francisco. Vincent is a facilitator in the Work That Reconnects, the life work of ecophilosopher and scholar Joanna Macy, bridging ecological masculinities, ecology, and climate resilient communities.
