Vijay is committed to empowering youth as a facilitator, fostering community conversations that enable young people to tackle challenges independently. Passionate about developing leaders and motivating grassroots initiatives, he highlights important social issues. Vijay actively participates in various networks and movements, focusing on driving social change through innovative development and reimagined education. His contributions include founding the Young Experimenters Group and promoting Youth Centers for development.
He holds key roles in organizations such as Jai Jagat International, the South Asia Peace Alliance, and the HEAL Foundation. In 2021, he founded WeTheYuva to further amplify youth voices and consolidate youth work.
