Dr. Thomas Archibald, an expert in community education and development, specializes in educational program planning, evaluation, and adaptive management for organizational learning and social change.
With a background in the Cooperative Extension system, including roles like 4-H Youth Development program manager, he bridges research and practice for community development.
Tom’s experience extends to Africa, serving in Peace Corps Gabon, leading workshops, and managing monitoring/evaluation programs.
Proficient in French, he earned a Ph.D. from Cornell University, receiving the Michael Scriven Dissertation Award for his work on the politics of evidence in the “evidence-based” education movement.
