Suha Sawaya

Suha Sawaya Tutunji is a dedicated education leader specializing in refugee education, teacher training, and curriculum development. As Head of Refugee Education at Jusoor, she has overseen programs supporting 16,719 students and 113 educators, establishing non-formal schools and pioneering innovative learning initiatives, including an award-winning WhatsApp-based teaching program. An active INEE Emergency Education Working Group member, Suha leads teacher training in crisis contexts, facilitates workshops, and advocates for inclusive learning. She holds a Harvard MEPLI Fellowship, an M.A. in Education, and a B.A. in Social Anthropology.
