Sophie Karuna
Founding Chair @ Active Peace Global Youth Charter
Sophie Karuna serves as the Founding Chair of Active Peace GYC, collaborating with Bhutan and Palpung Buddhist Monastery to design global citizenship and positive-peace curricula. She is a United Nations Youth Delegate and has spoken at UNGA, ECOSOC, and the Summit of the Future to advocate for youth wellbeing, strong justice institutions, and represent the UNESCO Learning Planet Alliance. Sophie leads product vision and global distribution at Ikigai+ AI to build a purpose-driven digital ecosystem for mental health that empowers youth with equitable access to resources for self-agency. She currently studies International Relations-Economics and Peace and Justice at Wellesley College.
