Sitara Chandran
Head of Education Strategy and Learning @ Christel House India
Sitara is a passionate advocate for educational equity and believes deeply in the transformative power of education. She joined the Teach For India fellowship, where she taught students in an under resourced government school. She then moved on to Christel House in several roles including as lead of the School Transformation Project focusing on culture, teaching and learning and leadership. Today, Sitara serves as the Head of Education Strategy and Learning, where she works closely with the Head of Academics and the school Principals to redesign processes, launch new initiatives, and create a holistic learning environment.
