Simon Wright has been running places to eat in Carmarthenshire for over 30 years and is currently the owner of Wright’s Food Emporium Llanarthne. He is a food writer, and broadcaster (BBC Wales and Channel 4) and i former editor of the AA Restaurant Guide a. He has a long record of interest and activism in issues around sustainable food, farming and local supply chains. In 2022 he set up Cook 24 in West Wales, the precursor to Cegin y Bobl.
