Silvana Carnicero

Silvana Carnicero is an Argentine EFL teacher. She has been a teacher of English as a Foreign Language for over twenty years. Nowadays, she teaches Global Perspectives in a bilingual middle school. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Education and a Master Degree in Educational Technology. At present, she is doing her PhD in Educational Sciences at Leon University in Spain. She is mainly interested in active methodologies and has been recognized by Microsoft, Adobe Foundation and Santillana Publishing House for her work with students. She was shortlisted for the Global Teacher Prize in 2018 by Varkey Foundation.
