Ms. Shekinah Fearl Dela Cruz is a Master of Legal Studies-Juris Doctor student at Bulacan State University. She is engaged in legal research and public governance, has presented papers in academic and policy-oriented conferences, and organized Project HUGS under Love Education Philippines, a community outreach initiative that benefited over 300 individuals.
