Sheetal Lydia

Sheetal Lydia is a developmental professional with over 12 years of experience in youth empowerment, education, and community wellbeing. Her work is grounded in an adversity-aware approach, shaped by years of working closely with young people navigating systemic inequities.

At Dream a Dream, she has worked as a facilitator, programme designer, and manager, with a focus on how safety, relationships, and context shape learning and behaviour. With a postgraduate degree in Social Work and experience under the POCSO Act, she brings a trauma and context-sensitive lens to her work. She believes education systems must centre care and lived realities.
