Sawan Kanojia

Sawan Kanojia is an Environmental Activist from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. He is working for environmental protection from his 9th standard and is now a Masters Student of Journalism. Sawan is also active in making Short Films and documentaries. He founded ENVIRONMENT CLUB, a youth organization. He mainly works on water conservation, visiting villages setting up a JAL CHAUPAL and communicating with villagers to conserve every drop of water. He has been awarded by Jal Shakti Ministry, Govt. of India as WATER HERO. Earth Day Network, India has recognised him as an EARTH DAY HERO 2022.
