Sara Dia

Sara Dia is an environmental consultant and innovation strategist with over 10 years of experience working with communities, governments, and development partners on climate resilience, water systems, and locally-led innovation. As Founder & CEO of DIAELTA, a Paris-based consultancy, she supports partners in translating community priorities into implementable solutions through participatory design, rapid prototyping, and evidence-informed iteration. Her work strengthens youth engagement, local ownership, and sustainability. She serves as a Strategy Advisor to the Women in Water & Sanitation Network and is an active member of the Global Youth Movement.
