Rajendra Dhoj Joshi

Prof. Joshi holds PhD in Electrical Engineering, served over two decades at the Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, as Professor and Dean. He later joined the World Bank, contributing to education and energy reforms. His work includes improving governance, financing, decentralization, and quality assurance in education. He also served as Chief Technical Advisor for the UNDP Micro-Hydropower Program. Currently President of the Madan Bhandari University of Science and Technology, he leads initiatives advancing Nepal as a hub for innovation.
