Rafael is an artificial intelligence (AI) engineer with a strong technical background, graduated from ENSEIRB french engineering school with a machine learning master thesis from UCLA.
After an academic and industrial experience in the development of AI algorithms, he focused on the ethical aspects of AI solutions and how collective intelligence can help reducing bias.
He is currently in charge of AI activities at LICA, France, and designer of the LICA’s ethical artificial intelligence training.
