Rae Quadara

Rae’s work is rooted in inclusive mentorship, mindful reflections, social justice, and creating a sense of belonging in every space she occupies. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Equity and Belonging Committee for the National Marine Educators Association and on their Board of Directors. Also known as Rae Rae The Science BAE (Biologist | Artist | Educator), Rae creates sustainable ocean-themed art and works as a consultant on arts-science integration, educational projects. She is based in the Gulf Coast area of Mississippi with her spouse and their two dogs (Bibingka and Waffle).
