Rachel Luo

Grounded in passion in health and public policy, Rachelo Luo explores how scarce resources are allocated to gene-linked diseases and why current systems underfund vital research. Her Genominate initiative applies policy and economic reasoning to analyze funding flows and system design, driving reforms that mobilize investment into genetic research. Her engagement with Flowers of the Future supports underprivildged youth expore interest across various scientific topics. Rachel’s work has been featured at the WHO/WFUNA youth conference in Geneva, Switzerland. Looking ahead, she aims to further youth policy advocacy to promote and reailze evidence-based and inclusive health policies.
