Rachel Kamana

Rachel Kamana is a sociology consultant, humanitarian and education advocate from the Democratic Republic of Congo, working with children from rural and conflict-affected communities. She is the founder of Pamoja na Watoto Foundation (PAWA), a non-profit grassroots organization that promotes access to quality education in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Her non-profit (PAWA), has supported thousands of out of school children to access education and provided educational opportunities to internally displaced children in the Eastern DRC. She is passionate about transforming rural communities via quality, inclusive and accessible education.
