Oindrila is a feminist climate activist who has dedicated herself to fighting for environmental justice. She is an advisor for Fridays for Future and a girl leader with UNW. She is the founder of Catcalss of Delhi. She has also worked with various organizations such as UNICEF, Un Museum, Plan International, Women Deliver. Oindrila has mobilized youth, adolescents, and children to demand action from the government and stakeholders and consulted more than 40+ government representatives of various countries, EU members and stakeholders from around the world to call for action and accountability on the issues she advocates for.
