Minh-anh (mia) Tran

Youth Advocate @ United Nations

Minh-Anh (Mia) Tran is a policy advocate and researcher studying Economics at New York University. She is a founding member of UNIRE’s Vietnam Youth Chapter, which advances action against racism while fostering intergenerational solidarity. At NYU’s Applied Global Public Health Initiative, she serves as a Graduate Research Associate and co-authored a technical brief for the Pan American Health Organization on climate change and gender equity. She also co-founded Tôi, Chúng Ta (I, We), Vietnam’s first bilingual mental health platform, reaching over 600,000 people. She is a youth delegate and speaker at UNGA, HLPF, FfD4, UNHRC, and the NYC Mayor’s Office.
