Long Cao Bao Nguyen

Long Cao Bao Nguyen is a youth advocate, researcher and leader exploring the intersection of technology, ethics, and social justice. As Founder of TruthInTech, he examines how emerging technologies shape civil liberties and democratic principles. A graduate of UN ESCAP’s Ethics of AI course, he investigated global frameworks for responsible AI governance. As a 2025 UNGA Youth Delegate in New York, Long engaged in high-level forums at Columbia University, Cornell Climate Week, and Deloitte, contributing insights on ethical AI, equitable governance. In addition, Long has gained experience in the profession of law, interning with several law firms in his city.
