Lin Yan

Yan Lin is a PhD candidate in the Learning, Literacies, and Technologies program at Arizona State University. Her research sits at the intersection of learning sciences, educational technology, science/STEM education, and multilingual learners. She focuses on enhancing student learning engagement and supports teachers in creating meaningful, inclusive, and accessible learning environments. Yan is particularly committed to advancing educational equity in K-16 science and STEM classrooms, with an emphasis on multilingual learners and students from culturally diverse backgrounds. She also designs and studies learning technologies, including artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and game-based tools, to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
