Kim Zumach
Grade 4/5 Teacher & Elementary Vice Principal @ School District 72, Campbell River, BC
Kim Zumach is a mother, teacher, ocean advocate, and educational leader. She lives, learns, and teaches on the territory of the Ligwilda’xw peoples in what is currently known as Campbell River, British Columbia. Kim teaches a Grade 4/5 class and serves as Vice Principal at her K–5 elementary school. She loves connecting people of all ages to the wonders of nature, especially youth in the intertidal zone and on the ocean. She believes that connection to place and to each other fuels hope for the future.
