She later transitioned into learning solutions consultancy and research and development, focusing on curriculum design, assessment, and programme evaluation. Monitoring and evaluation remain central to her work, supporting continuous improvement. Through collaboration with educators, students, and policymakers, Kalyani advocates for inclusive, learner-centred systems and strives to help build safe, empowering education environments for all learners.
