Kaiwen Tao is an empathetic and committed young innovator who aspires to and explores ways to address inequalities in today’s society. He has lived in six different cities in China and Singapore, and his pursuit of intellectual curiosity embodies multiculturalism and a spirit of equality. His vision is to raise public awareness of economic inequality and the plight of vulnerable groups, and to advocate for systemic change towards fairness and justice. He founded EquiThrive to empower youth to confront social and economic roots of inequality and become agents of social change through financial literacy education and storytelling advocacy.
