With over a decade of professional experience in cross-sector collaboration, social innovation, impact and strategy consulting for the public and private sectors, project design, implementation and communications, Joyce is a seasoned change consultant and well-versed facilitator and presenter at design thinking and capacity-building workshops.

Her previous experience spans government consulting in Hong Kong and the UK, capacity building, innovation and grantmaking for nonprofits and businesses, and corporate communications. She was also a co-curator of a pop-up bookstore with a focus on social topics and designing for good.
