Jay Chew
Co-Chair of the AI, Digital Learning and Transformation Working Group
Mr. Jay Chew is a Science, VCE Chemistry, and Biology teacher, as well as a STEM leader with 11 years of experience. He has recently completed the Teaching Excellence Program and the Teaching Innovation Fellowship Program, and he was listed on the Educators’ Hot List in 2024 for his work in sustainable and digital education. He believes strongly in empowering today’s youth, enabling them to create transformation in their learning through the use of AI and VR tools. His qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biomolecular Processing and a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education from Monash University.
