Jaume Targa is a leading air quality consultant with experience in measurement, modelling, data reporting, data exchange and analysis. Since 2005, Jaume Targa has been working with the European Environment Agency and the EIONET Air Quality community in the exchange of data, adaptation of the implementation of the CAFÉ Directive, implementation of the new Directive, maintenance of the Air Quality Index. 4sfera supports both at European level the European Environment Agency, DG Environment, WHO, ECMWF’s COPERNICUS project, at national level in most European member states and at local level in many councils in the state.
