Ilgin Paslı-Brombach
Founder & Executive Director @ planIMPACT - NGO for Human Rights, Peace and Development
Ilgın is a young peacebuilder, founder and director of planIMPACT, a youth-led NGO in Germany, working to build and sustain peace, just and resilient societies through dialogue, learning and cooperation. She serves on the Board of the Youth Peace Ambassadors Network, connecting 160+ youth peacebuilders across the world in working for a culture of peace.
In 2024, she was a Youth Delegate to the 4th Migration Youth Forum, collaborating with MYCP, IOM, and UNICEF, and a Youth Delegate to the Council of Europe’s Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, advancing meaningful youth participation.
Ilgın is the Networks and Cooperations Advisor at the Academy for Conflict Transformation of the ProPeace, enabling and supporting learning processes for strengthening international peace efforts and constructive conflict transformation.
