Hoda Alfaqih

Hoda AlFaqih is the Chief Operating Officer of Evolving in Education (EiE). With a B.A. in Communication Arts and an MBA in Business Management, Hoda has extensive experience with startups, corporations, and nonprofits. She was employee #47 at PeopleSoft (acquired by Oracle), where she witnessed the company’s rapid growth. Hoda later worked as an IT Technical Director at Pacific Bell (now AT&T), leading software process improvements. She also ran a successful catering business and owned a creative waffle café. Passionate about transforming education, Hoda joined EiE to help address the challenges her children faced in public school.
