François Schnoebelen is Director of the École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule in Siem Reap, Cambodia. With over 25 years of international experience across education, hospitality, public administration, and human resources, he focuses on institutional transformation and sustainable skills development. He has positioned EHT Paul Dubrule as a regional reference for Greening TVET, embedding sustainability into curricula, campus operations, governance, and partnerships. He also welcomes the Destination EcoTalents Center developed with OIF, strengthening green skills, employability, and eco-campus innovation. Under his leadership, the school became the first TVET institution in Southeast Asia to receive the FEE EcoCampus Green Flag.
