Erika Chen

Erika is a high school student passionate about giving back to her community and hopes to pursue a career in philanthropic business and education. She founded ChessByErika, a nonprofit where she teaches kids in low-income areas how to play chess for free. She is also writing a children’s book about finding your passion, inspired by the students she works with. Erika shared her journey at UNGA 80, connecting with global leaders. In school, she serves as the Vice President of Finance for FBLA and the President of Brahma Tech, striving to lead and give back. She values continuous-learning and growth.
