Emanuele Bertolani

Emanuele Bertolani is a teacher with over 20 years of experience, a polyglot, and a proud father from an intercultural, interfaith family. Graduated in Japanese Language and Culture, he lived and worked in Japan for many years. He is passionate about education and martial arts. He currently works as a trainer and communication officer. His work on martial arts focusses on scholarly translations of primary sources of Japanese martial arts, with commentary bridging philosophy, psychology, technique (especially Kodokan judo and kendo) and pedagogy.
