Eduard Beukman

Eduard Francois Beukman is the Transformative Education Policy and Programme Lead at Oxfam in Africa, where he guides strategic policy development and implementation for education programmes across the continent. In this role, he drives initiatives that expand access to quality and inclusive education, working with governments, partners, and communities to address systemic barriers and promote transformative public education across African contexts. Eduard brings over eight years of experience in programme management, education research, and monitoring and evaluation, combining policy insight with on-the-ground implementation to support educational equity and learning outcomes. His work includes engagement in educational policy dialogues, inclusive education.
