Dur Montoya

Dur Montoya has over 15 years of experience working directly with communities across Asia, Africa, and, for the past seven years, South America. She has partnered with companies from the Americas and Europe on various social impact projects. From a young age, Dur was driven by a passion for serving others, which has shaped her career. She currently leads an NGO in Colombia and Chile, focused on empowering local leaders in peacebuilding and gender equity. Dur is also an Acumen Fellow, furthering her commitment to creating meaningful change.
