Dr Fran Wilby

Fran’s work is located in the areas of educational innovation and network building, curriculum and assessment development, supporting the education sector through training and development to deliver high quality, meaningful experiences and outcomes for learners. Currently, with her role with Rethinking Assessment, she leads the strategic development, programme design and funding partnerships and has shaped influential collaborations that have advanced assessment reform and system improvement. In her previous role, Fran was Head of International Implementation at Lumiar Education, and prior was founding Head of Education and Board Director of the first Lumiar school in the UK. She has also worked in Further Education and Higher Education in England.
