Founder of The Warren in Carmarthen, a restaurant celebrated for its use of seasonal, local & organic ingredients, Deri is passionate about creating a better food system. His award-winning community project, Cegin Hedyn Kitchen & Allotments, operates as a “pay what you can” cafe, ensuring access to high-quality, seasonal meals for all while supporting local growers. With accolades like Sustainable Chef of the Year (2019), Deri’s work reflects his commitment to fostering inclusivity, community resilience, and a healthier planet.
