Claudia Hitaj is an advisor on climate change and sustainable finance at the Ministry of Environment, Climate and Biodiversity since 2022. Prior to joining the Ministry, Claudia was a researcher on life-cycle sustainability assessment at the Luxembourg Institute of Science & Technology. Claudia holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University, an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge, and a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Maryland.
