Cindy (Xinyue) Chen is an organizer, author, and advocate for equity, youth empowerment, and feminist leadership based in California. She is the founder of the IgniteHER Project, an international movement with 100+ chapters across 66 countries. She also serves as an Ambassador for Gender Equality (SDG4) for the United Nations Association of the USA (UNA-USA).
