Barbara Bullard

Barbara Bullard is a certified creative entrepreneur, publicist, writer, and producer, serving as CEO/President of the Shirley Chisholm Cultural Institute. She played a key role in establishing the Sister Cities Agreement between New York and Bridgetown, Barbados. As the author of RE LEASE + BE COME, she explores the power of art, words, and healing resources. She was recognized with a Presidential Proclamation from President Barack Obama and later spoke at The Library of Congress under the Biden Administration. A Salzburg Fellow, Barbara collaborates with global leaders to rethink education and advocacy, working toward civic and cultural transformation.
