Baocheng Yang, the Executive Director and President of HHSTU, serves as the leading academic and technical talent in Henan Province, the vice chairman of the China Education Information Association, and director of the Henan Provincial Higher Education Professional Management Service Center. Selected for “New Century Excellent Talents Support Program” of Chinese Education Ministry, he works as the head of Henan Provincial Innovation-oriented Science and Technology Team, and head of an Outstanding Graduate Supervisor Team in Henan Province.He has published over 240 academic papers in prominent domestic and international journals and published 18 monographs and textbooks.
