Ayesha Boyce

Ayesha Boyce, an associate professor at Arizona State University, holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology and specializes in program evaluation.
Her research, spanning STEM and marginalized populations, emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. Boyce, recognized with awards, has evaluated over 60 programs for NSF, DOE, NIH, and foundations.
As co-director of the STEM Program Evaluation Lab, she focuses on democratic principles, encouraging students to foster equity and inclusivity in their studies. Currently, she serves as an external evaluator for six NSF-funded projects and has been a Co-Principal Investigator on four NSF projects.
