Aruzhan Kessikbayeva is the founder of RAD Resorts, a youth-centered hospitality initiative dedicated to building a more sustainable and inclusive future for the industry. With experience across hospitality, youth empowerment, and social innovation, she created the COMPASS Framework to equip young people with practical skills and pathways to long-term sustainability. At the Future of Influence platform, she champions innovative marketing and communication strategies that position responsible consumption as a driver of cultural exchange, resilience, and shared prosperity. In recognition for her work, she was invited as a Youth Delegate to UN General Assembly Week 2025 in New York.
