Aliyah Irabor-York is an associate youth consultant at Big Change. She is the founder of Pupil
Power, a nationwide movement based in the UK which empowers young people to develop their
agency in order to reimagine the education system of the 21st century. Since starting her
organisation at age 16, her work has been awarded and recognised for advising global leaders
and organisations on how to embed a genuine culture for youth voice. Her expertise includes
designing and implementing collaborative and intergenerational campaigns and programs that
