Ali Mnif is the Chief Investment Officer of Digital Africa, a subsidiary of Proparco (French Development Agency Group) whose mission is to equip Africa’s tech entrepreneurs with the capabilities to design and scale-up groundbreaking innovations for the real economy. Previously, Ali worked closely with international NGOs, policy makers, civil society, investors and development banks to help young people create economic opportunities.
