Abigail Russo

Abigail Russo is an international education and global health professional with expertise in
leadership development, program design, and learning innovation. As WorldBeing’s Director of
Instructional Innovation and Design, she oversees learning strategy and team capacity building
for the organization in partnership with colleagues around the world. Abigail is passionate about
supporting others to thrive in their work, whether at a worksite in Boston or a hospital in Addis
Ababa. She holds a master’s degree in International Education Policy from Harvard University
and a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
