The Week is a unique collective experience designed to foster deep engagement with environmental challenges.
Created by Hélène and Frédéric Laloux, it is built around three documentary films, followed by guided discussions that help participants support one another and allow a powerful momentum for collective action to emerge. The experience does not seek merely to inform: it moves and mobilizes people, placing emotion and human connection at the heart of the process.
The workshop follows a three-step progression: first, a clear-eyed confrontation with the seriousness of the climate and ecological situation; then, an opening to paths of hope and transformation; and finally, the emergence of a desire to act commensurate with the scale of the challenges.
